* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction and related works as the prime contractor shall be 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in minimum 100 KVA Substation of at least 1 (one) no. contract successfully completed with a value of at least Tk 25.00 (Twenty five) Lac. in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 (Thirty) lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works (Name of the works). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of bank undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lac over the last 5 (five) years.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty five) lac
6. The tenderer must posses/submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Up-to-date trade license
iii) Up-to-date VAT resistration
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
