Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 283333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 283333 ~ 850000.

Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Construction works/ Arboryculture Works.
ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar Works of Tk 2.25 Lac in a single tender during last five years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.18.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.2.50 Lac, Lac supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v)All papers shall have to be uptodate according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) is to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer.
vii) The tender sucurity shall in the form of a Bank draft or Bank Guarantee Or Pay order issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender willbe non-responsive.
x) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 2.40 Lac
