d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 38.00 (Thirty eight) lac lac
e) The Tenderers shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 38.00 (Thirty eight) lac.
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
