Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
It is duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
Quantity of supplied goods may be extremely increased or decreased.
The supplier will have to pay all kinds of test at his own cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
Delivery of supplied goods will be taken at office of the executive engineer, BWDB, Narail.
Payment will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no extra Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertained.
Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
All other criteria stated in the tender document will be followed.
