Eligibility criteria:
The RFQ invitation for tenders is open to all classes of Regular Enlisted Civil contractors of PWD who have the legal capacity to enter into such contract.
The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
•(i) Up to date PWD contractor original Registration Book,
•(ii) Up to date Trade License,
•(iii) Up to date BIN Certificate,
•(iv)Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
Note: Please be notified that
1. If any contractor submit a tender with excessive less (15%) the tenderer have to submit an analysis following market rate PWD schedule of rates 2022.
2. The work will done by the saving money from the previous LTM tender of revenue budget.
3. Considering special technical, social and financial criteria work order may be issued to any suitable contractor. [PPR-73(2)]
4.Special priority will be given who will provide the work within a shortest period of time. [PPR-73(3)]
5.The tenderer have to be complete the work within 18.02.2023. So special care have to be taken to accepet NOA, , signing contract and implementation of the work . Failure to do so will be the responsibility of the contructor.
