* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2100000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Up to date Trade License .
2. Up to date Bank Solvency.
3.Up to date IT Certificate.
4. VAT Registration certification.
5. BIN Certificate
6. Rubber manufacturing company must be BSCIC/BIDA enlisted. Attested copy of up to date BSCIC/BIDA enlisted should be submitted along with the bid.
7.Bearing brand must be SKF/ FAG/ NTN or equivalent and Country of origin should be USA, Japan, EU or equivalent.
8.The work of bearing fitting on Rollers has to be done in DAPFCL’s mechanical workshop.
9.Bidder/Manufacturer factory will be visit by user department before placing the purchase order.
10.The bidder must have to submit 06 (Six) months of warranty/ Guaranty certificate.
11.At least 03 (Three) end user certificate should be submitted along with the offer. 
12.  Bidder submitted Rubber hardness test certificate from any reputed organization (BUET, CUET, BCSIR etc.) along with the offer.
13.  After supply the material rubber hardness test from any reputed organization such as (BUET, CUET, BCSIR etc.).  All expenses in this connection bear by the bidder.
