Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 375000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 37500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), Ten years over all production and 5 (Five) years specific experience in supplying 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and moulded fittings in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS)
b) Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter), End cap 1 piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document
d) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents. Considering the production capacity, TEC will determine the number of lots which would be awarded to the bidder if more than one lots become responsive and evaluated lowest.
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
***All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4)
should be fulfilled by tenderer.
