Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer must submit updated authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter, the tender shall be considered as non-responsive.
b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.
c. If the quoted rate is more or less than 10% (ten percent ) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit item wise rate analysis including VAT, IT & Profit according to RHD Rate Analysis Format. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item if found or not submit the rate analysis the Tenderer treat as rejected or Non-responsive.
d. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 16.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
