* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1250000 ~ 3750000.

Eligibility criteria:
All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification:
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.
e) Authorization letter
F) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 12.00 Lakh (Taka Twelve lakh) Only under 01(One) of contract over a period of 5(Five) years shall be required.
g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 Lakh (Taka Twelve lakh) Only over the last 3 (Three) years.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 Lakh (Taka Twelve lakh) Only.
i) The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
j) The tenderer’s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be considered as non-responsive.
k) Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
l) Rule 98(31) in case of approximately equivalent quoted rate of Tenderer.
