Eligibility criteria:
(1) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
(2) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to date ABC category Conbtractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. If ABC category Conbtractor and Supervisory License Renewal is onprocess then the Original money must be submit .
(v) Work program in Bar Chart.
(3) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg.Annual Construction Turnover.
(4) Copy of Work Completion Certificate for Last 5 Years PE's Organization Works.
(5) Copy of NOA and Agreement for All PE's Current Commitment and On-Going Works.
(5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(6) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building Construction works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.8.20 crore.
(7) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12.00 crore in the last 5 (Five) years.
(8) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW3-7 of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3.00 crore.
(9) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 11.00 Crore.
(10) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
