Eligibility criteria:
Updated valid VAT, IT certificate, Trade Licenses, and Import license registration (IRC).
Bank solvency certificate and bank statement (minimum 20 lakh)
Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences in the field of supply of laboratory equipment. Document in support of 5 years general experience should be submitted.
Must have submitted supply record of similar type of equipment with valid contract address & phone/mobile no.
Previous work order (minimum 20 lakhs taka, individual work order) and at least 02 nos. end user satisfactory certificates for similar types of equipment supply.
Original/Printed catalogue of all related equipment must be attached in which the offered model, type & all technical description/ specifications should be mentioned.
Manufacturer authorization certificate. Local third party authorization will not be accepted.
Supplier must submit all the import documents while delivering the equipment at Sylhet Agricultural University (including model no. and serial/part no. of the equipment, country of origin, LC document etc).
Training program should be provided by the supplier at manufacturer's premises for the teachers of department of Entomology, SAU at free of cost.
Expert Engineers CV should be submitted with tender document for post services.
Free Installation, testing and commissioning, and local training should be performed by qualified and experienced engineers at SAU premises.
All accessories and supporting unit must be provided.
Yearly turnover (last 3 years) of 1.0 crore taka authenticated by NBR
One-year warranty from the date of installation at laboratory site. Performance check, maintenance and repairing of Instruments up to 3 years should be provided.
