Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Bidder must have valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate, Tin certificate with updated IT Certificate.
2. Bidder must have valid ISO Certificate 9001:2015 or 27001:2013.
3. Bidder must have valid Specific experience min, 05 years.
4. Bidder must have valid General experience min. 10 years.
5. Bidder must have Certificate of in Corporation.
6. Bidder must have update Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
8. Bidder must have valid BCS Membership Certificate.
9. Bidder must have valid Basis membership Certificate.
10. Bidder must have specific experience certificate as tendered supply of Similar Products at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 02 (two) years, with a value minimum Tk.17.00 ( Seventeen Lakh) each in a single work order in Public/Autonomous University.
11. Bidder must submit Spare Parts List Price for the Warrenty Period.
12. Bidder must have Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized Dealers/ Channel partners/ Distributors of reputed brand having authorization for sales and after sales support for Computers (enclose OEM certificate/letter specific for this tender).
