Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 7 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works like Drainage structure works successfully completed in Government/ semi government/autonomous organizations within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 lac.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW2a-3 form.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 9.00 lac over the last 5 years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 7.50 Lac.
6. Tenderer must submit the following documents:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
7. All other conditions in TDS,PCC,ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW-2a format.Otherwise tender will be rejected.
