Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of soil test work of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk. 4 lakh . Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk. 6 Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk. 5 Lakh. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW3-7 Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4 lakh
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in this tender Document.
H) This tender is invited under Public Procurement Act-2006, and Public Procurement Rule -2008.
