Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Internet Service Provider shall be five (05) years.
The Tenderer should have operation and maintenance (O&M) agreement with at least 5 (five) Govt. projects within the last 5 years in Internet and Data Connectivity. The tenderer must submit copy of work order or completion certificate or agreement (first page and last page) to establish this qualification.
The Tenderer should have at least 30 (thirty) business/institutional customers for IP telephony connection within last 5 years (counting backward from the date of publishing this tender). The tenderer must submit copy of work order or completion certificate or agreement to establish this qualification.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13,00,000 (Taka Thirteen Lakh only). Please see TDS for details.
