Eligibility criteria:
This invitation is open to Tenderers with the criteria as mentioned below:-
(i) Up-to-date TIN / income tax certificate.
(ii) Up-to-date Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) special class or 1st class (combined) or 1st class (civil) contractors/firm.
v) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50,000.00 (FIFTY THOUSAND).
vi) Tenderer must be short listed under P.W.D. office circular No DSA-2/862 dated 21/04/2019 issued by Additional Chief Engineer (P&SP), Public Works Department, Dhaka.
