Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum in 5 (Five) years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electrification work of at least 1(one) no. contract successfully completed during the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (Four) lakh under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.00 (Five) lakh in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional & in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 5.00 (Five) lakh.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 5.00 (Five) lakh. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and Up-to date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
