* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 35.00 (Thirty five) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lakh.
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
E) Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
F) Up-to date ABC license and Supervisory license
