Eligibility criteria:
Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned as per ITT & TDS, PCC are eligible to participate in this Procurement Process.
Tenderer should have ABC Category Electircal License & Electircal Supervisory License which are certified by Electircal Licensing Board.
Tenderer shall have valid trade license (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.
VAT and AIT will be applicable as per govt. of Bangladesh rules and policies.
Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be upto 25% as per PPR 2008 rule no.27(2). Tender Security must be in the form of bank draft/pay order according to PPR 2008 Rule 22.
Payment will be made only according to the BOQ submitted by the tenderers & no compensation events will be entertained for any price hike for the proposed goods in the market.
Payment will be made as per availability of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within allowcated time.
the contractor who has not yet completed the similar nature of goods supply before within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason,will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in TDS, G.C.C, PCC & ITT.
