Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion certificates of similar works (Boundary Wall/ Building Construction) of at least Tk.2500000 (Twenty Five Lac) under single (01) contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 Lac issued by the Bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
