Brief Description of Package: Supply of different type of spares of Engines and its Auxiliaries for Faridpur 50 MW Peaking Power Plant BPDB Faridpur.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 28000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer have to submit with this e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum Five years of General experience in Supply of Goods.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods at least One (01) contract successfully completed (under Bangladesh Power Development Board [BPDB]  sector) within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk.8.00 [Eight point zero zero] Lakh in a single contract . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender).
c) The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 10.00 [Ten point zero zero] Lakh.
d) The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN.
e) The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
f) The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
g) The tenderers must have to submit furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
h) Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
i) Replacement guarantee 1 (one) year for all goods.
j) The tenderers shall be supplied all Goods as per official sample, otherwise Tender will be rejected.
k) The Contractor have to supplied all goods new (unused) & intake condition.
l) The contractor has to supply all equipment within the contract period.
m) All item should be as per sample and have to fit with existing system without any modification.
NB: If the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
