Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Special Class/ Class one (Combined)/Class one(Civil), Class two (Civil) enlisted Contractors/Firms .
c) Tenderer must posses
i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate
iii) up to date trade licens
d) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 5.00 (Five) lac only during last 5 Years. Construction Turnover must be supported by the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.Turnover cerificates from NBR shall be submitted by the tenderer.
e).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be of Tk 3.00 (Three) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed from for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per from PW2a-3 of tender and contact form.
f) Minimum specific experience in simillar nature of works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully, each with a value of at least Tk 2.0 (Two) lac only in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years
