Brief Description of Package: Annual Operation and Electrical Repair Works of District Sadar Pump House under Tangail Public Works Division (FY: 2022-23).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in construction works.
b) Valid Trade License, Up to date TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, ABC Certificate, supervisory license from electric licensing board, Bangladesh and income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
c) Minimum specific experience in Pump maintenance/servicing works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully, each with a value of at least Tk 2.5 (Two point five) lac only in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.0 (Five) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover having minimum information of PE, Memo, date, % share (if applicable) etc. to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
e). Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 (Two) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2-a which is prescribed in STD.
f) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
