Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

Eligibility criteria:
a) Five (05) years of general electrical works or goods experience.
b) Satisfactory completion of supply and installation of similar nature of Goods with a value of at least Tk. 225.00 (Two Hundred Twenty Five) Lakh having single completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the Goods Supplied under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the Goods Supplied under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 260.00 (Two Hundred Sixty) Lakh.
d) The tenderer must posses:
(i) Up-to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up to-date Trade License.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) The Tenderer must be submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter .
