Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 33600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11200000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe line system (MGVPS) of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies.
2.A satisfactory completion of similar works of Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe line system (MGVPS) works of Tk.84.00 (Eighty Four) Lakhs in a single tender during last five years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 84.00 Lakhs (Eighty Four ) Lakhs over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 60.00 (Sixty) Lakhs only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only.
5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
6. Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, GoB.
7. The contractor must have to bear all the factory visit related expenses of 02 (Two) nos Govt. Officers.
8. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS, PCC, General Specifications, Particular Specifications. (Section-7&8 of STD must be fulfilled).
