Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
2.Tenderer must submit Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 15 (Fifteen) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer should have experience on supplying related Items amount of minimum 15 (Fifteen) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
5. The Tenderer must submit offer items technical specification, country of origin, design & drawing.
6.Tenderer shall have to submit Declaration that, offered items must meet the design specification and offer items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
7. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / warranty certificate for the equipment/ items/commissioning and its satisfactory performance 1 (One) years from the date of successful commissioning.
8.Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
9. The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
