3. Liquid assets or working capital TK : 7,00,000.00
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
5. Security Money Will be Return After 06 (Six) Months.
6. Update Trade Liesence, VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailling Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
7. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various test shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.
