Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
c. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 01(One) contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 24,00,000.00(Taka Twenty Four Lakh) Only.
d. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed). In case of JV, All the partners should have the experience of similar nature of work individually.
Note:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, , personnel list etc of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be availalble in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC
