Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 433333 ~ 1300000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. As described in tender document (STD).
2. Tenderers must have minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in Civil Works from WZPDCL or BPDB. Otherwise it will be rejected.
3. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Civil works Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk.2.5 lakh in a single tender in WZPDCL or BPDB During last 05 (five) years.The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
4. Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounting firm for the last 3 (three) years. Average annual volume of turn over must be tk. 5 (Five) lakh at Minimum. All payment Records related with the turnover must be submitted by the tenderer in accordance with related years.
5. Liquid assets from bidder's banker(s) minimum 4 (Four) Lakhs to successfully complete the contract .
6.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Valid Trade License. (ii) Vat Registration. (iii)TIN Number.(iv) NID. (v) Key personnel (with NID,Photograph and necessary certificate) . (vi) Tools and Authorization letter.(vii) Business Address.vii) enclosed experience certificate for Civil works.
7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.
8. Tender Security Should be submitted only by Bank draft or Pay order .( Executive Engineer, Sales and Distribution Division-1,WZPDCL, Jashore.)
