Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall be a Manufacturer or Authorized agent of foreign/national manufacturer/bidder. Only one Authorized agent of a manufacturer will be allowed.
b) Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years overall experience and 2 (Two) years specific experience for the supply of similar works and related services in any government/Semi-government/Autonomous organization.
c) Manufacturer/bidder should have up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, and TIN and VAT registration certificate.
d) Experience certificate should be enclosed and that is issued by an officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
e) Eligibility of Tenderers/bidders is described in details in TDS (Tender Data Sheet) & PCC (Particular Condition of Contract) of Tender Schedule.
f) The authority reserves the right to verify physically the production capacity and technical ability of the concern factory before evaluation or issuance of notification of award, if it feels necessary.
