* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1375000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have a Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration, and Income Tax certificate.
2. Tenderer Should have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting a minimum 3 (three) lakhs, Taka, as a liquid asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience in supplying electrical goods Items of an amount of 3 (three) Lakh within the last two years in a single contract. Only real suppliers are being encouraged to apply.
4. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) have to be completed with the proper country of origin; Make, and Model or Brand of individual items that are being offered by the tenderer.
5. Tenderer has to mention technical specifications in PG2-3 form which should be matched with the given PG2-3 form.
6. Tenderer has to provide a warrant certificate from the supplier.
7. Tenderer has to provide authorisation  letter for item number 21 from the supplier.
