Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderers must have up-to-date 1st class electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electrical licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.
b) Tenderers must have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction and renovation of 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line and installation of distribution transformer work from WZPDCL, DPDC, DESCO, BPDB, BREB & NESCO. Otherwise it will be rejected.
c) Work completion certificate of similar work at minimum 1 (One) contract value of Tk.10,00,000.00(Taka Ten lakh). The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
d) Tenderers must have up to date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and trade license,
e)National ID (NID), key personnel (with NID, Photograph and necessary certificate), Tools and Authorization letter.
f) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounting firm for the last 03 (Three) years.
g)Average annual volume of turn over must be Tk.42,00,000.00( Taka Fourty Two Lakh) at minimum over the last 3 years. All payment records related with the turnover must be submitted by the tenderer in accordance with related years.
h) Liquid assets from bidder's banker(s) minimum 100% of the Quoted price
