Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
a) The Tenderer must enlisted in EGP & authorized only one representative or agent of foreign manufacturer.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (five) years overall experience for supply of goods and related services in any government/semi-government organizations in Bangladesh & the proven experience for design,supply, installation,testing and commissioning of at least 20 (Twenty) nos, Min 10 HP ( 7.5 KW ) solar LLP pumps or higher within last 05 (Five) years.
c)The manufacturer of the motor-pump, solar panel & motor controller/inverter should be
ISO 9001: 2008 & ISO 9001:2015 certificate/standard & should be CE certified and TIER 1 PV module manufacturer will be allowed (Power conversion system).
d) Tenderer must have update (2022-23) trade license,Income Tax clearance certificate, and VAT Certificate.
e) Tenderer must submit the sample for each item (i.e. Motor-pump, solar panel & auto
motor controller/inverter,each one piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of
Tender and receipt of the sample submission has to attach with the tender document.
f) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods and related services of minimum Tk.400.00 lakh under maximum 1 (One) contracts in the last 5 (Five) years,i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
g) The Tenderer must submit BUET/MIST Test Report (within 2 yrs) of Solar Panel, Pump-motor and Pump Controller at Tender Submission stage.
