Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro Mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of 60 KVA Diesel Generator of at least Tk. 30.00 Lakh under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual supply & installation Electrical Equipments Turnover must be Tk. 35.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 20.00 Lakh only. If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice that published in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) Up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted in the designated fields.
h) The tenderer must have to submitted Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Generator.
i) Other qualification Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
