Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five [5] years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of Laboratory/Scientific equipment of minimum BDT 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight crore only) under public sector maximum in two (2) contracts in the last three [3] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Laboratory/Scientific equipment with a value at least Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight crore only) maximum two (2) contract successfully completed within the last [3] years, with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/are Tk. 6,50,00000.00 (Six Crore Fifty Lakh only) per year in the last three [3] years.
(v) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 (Eighth crore) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2021-2022) etc, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive
(ii) Supplier should have established wear house/wear house facilities to confirm after sale services, warranty certificate and should submitted the Company profile for the technical persons.
