Brief Description of Package: Supply of cassette type and split type air cooler at Sylhet Agricultural University.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Special class & 1st class enlisted contractors (Electrical) of Government/ semi-
Government/ Public/autonomous University having up to date renewal or
appointedlocal agents of reputed foreign manufacturers are eligible.
2. Bidder must have valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin
certificate, Tin certificate with Tax update.
The bidder must have own sales & service center in Sylhet with valid address.
3. The Agency Certificate appointed by the Principal for proposed air-cooler must
be submitted.
4. The minimum specific experience as tendered supply of air-cooler at least 02
(two)contracts successfully completed within the last 02 (Two) years, with a
value of min.Tk. 27.00 (Twenty Seven Lakh) each in a single tender supply of
air-cooler in Government / Public / Autonomous University.
5. Update ABC Electrical supervisors and contractor’s license issued by the
licensing board of Govt. of the people’s republic of Bangladesh.
6. Original Catalogue/ Brochure of the items must be submitted with the tender
and Brand name &Model number should be mentioned with the Specification
Submission Sheet.
7. The bidder should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized
Dealers/Channel partners/ Distributors of reputed brand having authorization
for sales and after sales support for Split type Air Conditioner (enclose OEM
Certificate/Letter specific for this tender).
