Eligibility criteria:
a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participants in Procurement Process.
b) Required contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in building Construction & Electrification works counting backward from the date of tender publication in News Paper.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least [One] contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last [FIVE] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 120 Lakh (One Core Twenty Lakh) years shall be from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
d) The Tenderer must have minimum average anual construction Turnover of Tk.130.00 lakh (One Core Thirty Lakh) over the last 5 (five) years (Total amounting Tk.130.00x5=650.00 Lakh [Six Core Fifty Lakh Taka] (Year counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the newspaper). Copy of work order and completion certificate must be submitted in supporting fulfilling requirements.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.75.00 lakh(Seventy five Lakh) only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 (Twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached in case of credit facilities. conditional Bank certificates treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted.
