Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 63333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 190000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 63333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i. This invitation of proposal is open to all companies registered in Bangladesh whose business covers supply, installation and commissioning of IT goods and IT enabled services in Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) Years.
ii. The tenderer must have well equipped Office, after sales service center(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately qualified personnel with at least 2 (two) Expert Level OEM certified of network devies and security system within the Organization, the signed CV and proper document /certificate should be submitted.
iii. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of Generel experience on Core Network devices and security system of Data Center IT Equipment’s platform and related services. In case of the JV qualification criteria must be fulfilled by any one or jointly. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iv. Specific experience of prime bidder satisfactory completion of supply and implementation of similar goods of minimum Tk. 06 (Six) crore under single contract in Bangladesh in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
v. The Tenderer’s (Prime bidder) minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is 8 crore.
