Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.32.00 Lac for Supplying & Installation of Generator (100KVA) (Goods) under a Single contract over a period of Last 5 years shall be required. ( any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.)
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 32.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
c) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
d)(i) ABC License renewed up to 2021-22 Fy. (ii) NID Certificate (iii) Valid Trade License (iv) Upto date Income tax clearance certificate (v) VAT registration certificate
e) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electrical Works (Goods) as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
