Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 55000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 165000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1.All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
2. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than (5%) Five Percent compared to the RHD schedule of rates 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
3.The tenderer shall have to be write the full name of his individual organization or Joint Venture, Consortium or Association.
Special Instructions for Tenderer:
1. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
2. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
3. If any same Certificate found in to is or more in the scrutiny of the Tender Evaluation Processes the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5.For submission of any false information shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be debarred. The Tenderer has to submit all Litigation History related to construction works with relevant documents.
6. On-going work must be submitted all PE organization & other Organization
7. The Tenderer have to ensure by certification that the listed Manpower & Equipment will be used only for this particular package.
