Brief Description of Package: Liquid Soap (05 Ltr Can), Qty: 600 Cans

Specification:
i. 05 (Five) Litre CAN of Liquid Soap shall be procured for use for Boeing Aircraft from Local renowned Manufacturer (e.g. ACI, Square etc).
ii. Date of expiry to be mentioned on the Litre CAN
iii. With Biman logo and Insignia
Note: the item should have latest manufacturing date and maximum rack life

Delivery Schedule:
i. Qty: 300 Can – JAN 2023
ii. Qty: 300 Can – MAY 2023
Or as per Biman’s requirement 
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 10000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have the following updated documents:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(v) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
The tenderer has to fulfill/agree to the following conditions:
(i) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer. Liquidated Damage as per Biman’s policy will be applied in case of delay in delivery after scheduled time.
(ii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, P&LS Directorate, Admin Building, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka basis.
(iii) 02 (Two) pcs samples (Non-refundable) must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hours of working days) to 1100hrs (LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder.
(iv) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to increase or decrease the quantity and to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
For Successful bidders:
(i) Before contract agreement the successful bidder must submit 02 (Two) pcs working sample within 07 days after confirmation from Biman’s side.
(ii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award (NOA).
(iii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
