Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
BSTI approved Manufacturer (In case of goods to be supplied by the manufacterer of Bangladesh) / Supplier having own factory / refilling facilities with minimum 03 (three) years of general experience as Supplier can participate in this tendering process. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP portal.
The minimum specific experience of Tenderer in Manufacturing / supplying as well as refilling of fire extinguisher to Power Plant / Power Sector companies / KPI Sub-stations / Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies / Multinational Companies / Bank / Govt. Owned Companies within the last 3 (three) years under maximum 2 (two) contracts with total value of at least Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) lakh only. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP portal
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) lakh only.
Any other documents to be submitted as mentioned in the Tender Documents.
