Eligibility criteria:
All valid tenderer as per PPR-2008 with sound/adequate supply records (05 Contract / 05 Years) of the tendered item.
Origin and specifications : All the equipment must be according to the said specifications and origin. Origin and detailed specifications of each equipment with catalogue must be submitted with tender documents. Otherwise the tender will be cancelled without any notification.
Delivery : Within 6-8 weeks after receipt of confirmation order.
Warranty : 1 year from the date of installation.
Installation & Training : Installation and local training for 2 working days must be provided through technical personal from supplier/company at free of charges.
Date of manufacturing : The equipment, must be brand new. The equipment and accessories must not be manufactured or assembled before 3 months of issuing work order. Manufacturing certificate (including serial number, batch number, brand name and manufacturing date) from manufacturer must be submitted with equipment.
Documents : Manufacturer Authorization Letter must be submitted in original (especially AAS and related accessories as well as 10kva online ups)
Shipping documents must be provided in original with equipment in time of delivery
