Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall be a Manufacturer or Authorized agent of foreign manufacturer. Only one Authorized agent of a manufacturer will be allowed.
b) Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years overall experience and 2 (Two) years specific experience for supply of similar goods and related services in any goverment/Semi-government/Autonomous organization.
c) Manufacturer should have up-to-dated Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, and TIN and VAT registration certificate.
d) Experience certificate should be enclosed and that is issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
e) Eligibility of Tenderers is described in details in TDS (Tender Data Sheet) & PCC (Particular Condition of Contract) of Tender Schedule.
f) The authority reserves the right to verify physically the production capacity and technical ability of the concern factory before evaluation or issuance of notification of award, if it feels necessary.
