Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 373333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1120000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 373333 ~ 1120000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience in Supply of Goods.
b) The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 4.25 [Four point two five] Lakh.
c) The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN.
d) The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
e) The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
f) The tenderers must have to submit furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
g) Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
h) The test fee will be bear by the contractor without any benefit (if any).
i) Replacement guarantee 1 (one) year for all goods.
j) Any type of damage of equipment liability lies on contractor.
k) The Contractor have to supplied all goods in intake condition with original packet and guarantee card.
l) The tenderers must have to fill up full detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered in the table of Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)
m) The contractor have to supply all equipment within the contract period.
NB: If the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
