Eligibility criteria:
01. BSTI approved Manufacturer/Supplier having own factory/refilling facility with minimum of 03(Three) years of overall experience of supply & refil of ABC Powder/ CO2 For portable Fire exting guishare can participate in this tendering process
02. The minimum specific experience of tender in manufacturing /supplying as well as refilling of fire entinguishare to powerplant/power sector companies/KPI sub-statios/Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomus bodies/Multinational companies/Bank/Govt. owned companies at least 03(Three) years with an aggregated total of at least tk 9.00(Nine) Lac..
03. The Tenderer should have valid & Update Trade License, Income Tax & TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
04. The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have successfully competed supply of similar goods of minimum Tk.3,00,000.00(Three lac) under a single contract in the last 03(three) years..
05. The minimum amount of liquid assets , i.e working capital or credit facility from any schedule bank of bangladesh, net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 3( Three) lacs only
06. The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have Certificate of firefighting equipment manufacturing company approved by BSTI., Valid License of given by BSCIC, Valid License from fire service and civil defense., Trade mark registration from ministry of industry .
07.. Any other documents as required by the tender documents.
