Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter of manufacturer from Rexnord, USA /India (or Equivalent composite shaft manufacturer) or its authorized distributor with e-mail address, telephone, Fax, website address. BPDB authority will communicate for confirmation of the authorization.If no response received , the bid will be subjected to rejection.
5. Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate from the manufacturer/authorized entities of manufacturer confirming that, offered items will meet the design specification of the system unit(s) and are new genuine, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
6. Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee/warranty certificate from manufacturer or its authorized distributor(Tenderer must be submitted distributor certificate issued by OEM) for genuineness of the equipment/ items and its satisfactory performance during the warranty period.
7. Copies of catalog / brochure of offer item should be included with the tender in detailed Drawing/ Dimension .
