Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience in building Construction with internal and external electrification works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building work including civil, sanitary &
electric works of Tk. 5.0 lac in a single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 3(three) years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk 20 lac with necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities(work certificate) shall be submitted with the tender.
(D)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.4.0 lac. Adequacy of minimum
liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of
Bangladesh in the format as as supplied in drawing section without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E)The minimum tender capacity shall be 5.0 lac. provide necessary information to calcuate tender capacity as specified in TDS.
(F) Valid Trade License , Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to date Civil license from competent authority with initial enlistment documents.
(H) Up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(I) The tenderer must submit details document of employment of a Site Engineer along with him/her CV
