Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Civil Contractor with updated ABC License and updated enlistment in BPDB/DPDC/DESCO/NESCO or equivalent having similar works experience.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 4.0 Lac under 01 number of contract(s) over a period of 03 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.0 Lac over the last 03 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.0 Lac.
5.Tenderer should not submit the unwanted document to make the evaluation complex.
6. Tender security shall be furnished in favour of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft.
