Brief Description of Package: Construction of Additional Classroom BAMER TOIMEDANG GPS Under PEDP-4.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 29000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
2. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
3.Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest.
4.Tenderers in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as stated under ITT Clause 3.2.
5.Tenderers are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of poor performance in the past under any Contract
6. Tenderers shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30% of estimated cost.
- Banking instrument, statement of credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier then 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders form this contract.
